Produced in the style of León, this cured beef is slowly salted, dried and matured to develop its rich colour, aromatic character and refined taste. Lean and full of flavour, it is often compared to bresaola but with a distinct Spanish identity and gently smoky finish.
Perfect for charcuterie boards, tapas, cheese pairings, sandwiches, salads and premium deli counters.
Serving suggestion:
