Description

Greci selects aubergines by variety and size, slices and grills them, then dresses them in sunflower oil with parsley, chilli, garlic and oregano.

Soft and savoury, with the light bitterness of the grill marks and a herby, gently warm finish.

Serve as a starter with burrata, layer into a focaccia with mozzarella, or use as a pizza topping after baking.
