Trade Terms and Conditions of Sale

Who we are. deliciouslywholesale.com ("DWS") is operated by N & CO Store Limited, trading as Deliciously Wholesale ("we", "us"). Registered in England and Wales, company number 10181730. Registered office: Unit 2, 5 Baldwin Street, London EC1V 9NU. Trading address: Mission Kitchen, Food Exchange, New Covent Garden Market, London SW8 5EL. VAT number GB351703618. EORI GB351703618000. Telephone and WhatsApp: +44 20 3968 7054. Email: orders@deliciouslyfinefoods.com.

Trade only. DWS is a wholesale service for businesses, including restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, caterers, delis and shops. By opening an account or placing an order you confirm you are buying in the course of your business and not as a consumer. Consumer cancellation rights therefore do not apply. Retail customers are welcome at deliciouslyfinefoods.com.

Accounts. We may approve, decline or close a trade account at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for orders placed through your account.

Orders. An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or part-fulfil an order, for example where an item is unavailable or a supplier fails to deliver to us. If so, we will tell you and you will not be charged for what we do not supply. Some lines are sold only in case multiples; the site shows the multiple required.

Products and weights. Many of our products are fresh, seasonal or hand-cut. Size, colour, weight and pack appearance may vary slightly from the description or photo. Where a product is sold by weight, small variations are normal.

Prices and VAT. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout at the applicable rate. Many foods are zero-rated, and items at the standard rate are charged accordingly. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and let you know.

Payment. Unless you have an approved credit account, you pay by debit or credit card when you place your order. Credit accounts are agreed in writing, account by account. On a credit account, everything invoiced in a calendar month is payable at the beginning of the following month; we email the invoices and a monthly statement. We may charge interest and compensation on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and may suspend deliveries on overdue accounts.

Ownership and risk. Goods remain ours until paid for in full. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Delivery. See our Shipping Policy. Please check goods on delivery and report any shortage, damage or quality problem on the day, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Food safety and allergens. Ingredient and allergen information is provided as supplied by producers. Always check the product label before use or resale, especially where you serve or sell to the public. Store chilled and frozen goods correctly as soon as they arrive.

Our liability. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the price of that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, business, revenue or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as supplier failure, severe weather, transport disruption or IT outages.

Website use. You may use this site to view and order products for your business. You must not misuse it, copy its content for commercial purposes, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
