Shipping policy

Where we deliver. To business addresses across mainland UK: in our London delivery area with our own drivers (or our courier partner when they are busy), and elsewhere by next-day courier. We will confirm whether your address is in our London delivery area when we open your account.

Minimum order. There is no minimum order; any size is welcome.

Delivery charges (excluding VAT). The same everywhere in mainland UK, whether we deliver or a courier does:

• Orders of £200 or more: free delivery.
• Orders under £200: £10.

When. In our London delivery area, orders placed by 4pm are delivered the next working day, Monday to Friday. Elsewhere in mainland UK, orders placed by 4pm are dispatched the next morning by next-day courier and usually arrive within 1–2 working days. We dispatch by courier Monday to Thursday only, so chilled and frozen goods never spend a weekend in transit. Chilled and frozen goods travel in insulated packaging.

Delivery date. You can choose a delivery date at checkout, where available. We will do our best to deliver on the chosen date. If we can't, we will contact you.

Receiving your delivery. Please make sure someone can receive the goods during your opening hours. Put any access or drop instructions in the order notes. Chilled and frozen goods must be refrigerated or frozen as soon as they arrive. If a delivery is left as instructed and no one checks it, we can't accept responsibility for its temperature or condition afterwards.
