Mortadella is a classic Italian cooked salumi with a delicate savoury flavour, smooth texture and gentle aromatic spice.
Traditionally associated with Bologna, mortadella is made from finely ground pork and enriched with small pieces of pork fat for its signature soft, silky texture.
