Description

A smooth Italian artichoke purée inspired by the traditional cooking of Teramo in Abruzzo.

Made with carefully prepared artichokes, this purée has a soft, velvety texture with gentle earthiness, natural sweetness and a clean, slightly nutty finish. Simple and savoury, it brings the delicate flavour of artichoke to antipasti, grilled meats, vegetables and toasted bread.

Made using traditional methods with no artificial flavourings or unnecessary additives.

Serving suggestion:

Spread onto toasted bread with extra virgin olive oil, serve with grilled meats or vegetables, or use as a refined antipasti dip.
