Pizza starts with the tomato, and Dolcemilio is Greci's answer for pizzerias: chopped peeled tomatoes from some of the sweetest varieties grown in Emilia-Romagna.

Made by Greci in Ravadese, near Parma, from 100% Italian tomatoes grown under the region's integrated-farming rules. Each catering tin holds 2.5kg net.

Sweet, bright and naturally thick, with a good density that spreads evenly on a base without running.

Use it straight from the tin for a margherita, or as the base of sauces, ragù and a quick sugo for pasta.
