Description
Broccolo Fiolaro, a traditional Italian leafy broccoli from the Veneto region. Prized for its tender shoots, delicate bitterness and deep green flavour, it is more leaf than floret — closer to turnip greens than standard broccoli. Excellent sautéed with garlic and olive oil, in pasta, or blanched as a side. 3kg trade box.
