Gnocchetti Sardi Pasta 500g | Malloreddus Sardinian Pasta

Gnocchetti Sardi, also known as Malloreddus or Sardinian Gnocchi, are a traditional pasta shape from Sardinia, Italy. Despite the name, they are not potato gnocchi. They are small, ridged pasta shells made from durum wheat semolina, with a firm bite and a beautiful texture designed to capture sauces.

Their curved shape and ridged surface make them ideal for rich, flavourful recipes, from classic Sardinian sausage ragù to simple tomato and basil sauce, creamy cheese sauces, roasted vegetables and seafood dishes.
